When the common pipe starts to have pitting corrosion leakage in 3-5 years, the Cangluo sea water desalination special pipe still maintains the ex-factory anti-corrosion barrier. We do not manufacture "just up to standard" products, but only durable equipment "sufficient to cope with the harsh environment of the Red Sea in the Middle East".
Explanation of material difference: the corrosion rate of common Q235B in marine atmosphere is about 0.1-0.3mm/year, while the corrosion rate of special alloy steel for Cangluo can be reduced to below 0.05mm/year, and the 30-year design life can be easily achieved with thick coating.
